The Board of Directors of Public and Private Development Centre Ltd by Gte (PPDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy James Abagi as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Jubril Shittu.
During his tenure, Jubril Shittu achieved significant milestones, including expanding PPDC’s presence from seven to thirteen states in Nigeria and implementing automated court management systems in selected courts.
Lucy James Abagi brings extensive experience in public policy development, program management, and fundraising to her new role. She previously led PPDC’s business development, innovation hub, and technology teams as Director of Partnerships and Innovation.
As CEO, Lucy will focus on empowering citizens through improved access to justice, innovative storytelling, and digital rights advocacy, building on the foundation laid by her predecessor.
PPDC is a non-profit organization committed to improving citizen participation in governance, fostering transparent and accountable governance, and empowering citizens to drive institutional change.
